What do we do with our Spiritual 'Gifts'

As we move from soul experience to soul experience – from that in what you call soul contracts establish parameters to determine whether you are connected to the wisdom that you all possess within or not – there are varying layers that determine how much our spiritual awareness plays a part in your life – but your incarnation can determine the path that they take based on the foundations made.

Everyone has abilities that they can tap into – it is not special – it is not even what you would call a gift – it is what is essentially in essence available at all strengths by all – your connection to them however is variable.  This discussion is about your soul purpose and what it is that each and every one of you is to do with the knowledge that is available. Is your soul purpose an individual lesson and learning, is it a community or even global role that you play within your current incarnation. Well the parameters have been set but you can alter them along your learning journey in your current experience of NOW.

To determine what it is – follow your passion, follow your heart, follow what makes you feel good, follow what resonates , follow that which sometimes you deny because of your egomind thoughts that come into play – pacify them from the heart energy that knows the divine truth of your destiny. That which raises you to your highest chosen vibration is where it is you need to take yourself to help your own growth or those around you.

Oh it sounds really easy when you read this does it not? – But many of you may get more confused – not sure what is it that inspires and enlightens you because of the social conditioning that you have received over the years to conform to what is considered ‘socially accepted’. So go gently on yourself – establish a pathway within that reveals your hidden knowledge and truth. You will find this – you just have to be willing to try. Everyone has a part to play on your planet – just like the ripples vibrating as a rock gets thrown into pond. You can collectively work as One to determine the high frequency waves that is required for the people of your planet. Just believe and increase your inner awareness and connection to the answers that are readily available – are you ready for this ?

Self Love and Honor

It is it time – and do you know what time it is for you?  It is time for you to know love, be love, feel love own love, share love, connect with Divine Love that flows through you, around you and within you. Time is the Moments within moments. Choose your moment and create your Love reality.

Why is it that humans feel the need to detach from everything that is so abundantly free out there for them to connect too? It amazes us how much punishment you all seem to do to yourselves when the goings get tough. It need not be that way – ever – that is your choice and if you are happy in that choice – which we see that you are not primarily – then we can understand. We know that some prefer to connect and learn in their harshest ways and that is the way of some and their learning capacity. What is your way? How do you want to embrace your Divine Self connected to Abundant Love – do you want to at all?

Your life is not a causality of punishment for you to learn from – it is to realise that life is providing lessons that allow you to rise up and follow the rainbows in the sky that shows you the diversity that you all have inside, but are able to rise up and just be pure in your own core vibration.

Jump up and reach up for what it is you are trying to achieve in your current life because if you want to follow the flow of your positive momentum – then all things in life – good, bad and what you call ugly is there to lead you towards your highest potential – the energy of your chosen Truth.

There are so many amazing people on your mother earth that is there to love and support one another always and collectively you are all able to use your group thought energy to bring awareness, healing, love and beauty to each and every member of your planet. This is not something for the elite – this is a free gift that should be received by all. Just think if you all consumed your thoughts with Love, Hope, Faith, Joy , Bliss rather than need for Control, Power , Fear , Hate, Money.

Where is society going wrong for humans? Some have forgotten how connected each and every one of you is – whether you have different genders, skin color, sexual preference, spiritual diversity. You are same at your core energy being. How your physical self is portrayed is only a small representation of your core Light being that essentially lays within concurrently. This core light being is part of the collective consciousness that you can all tap into if you choose. You are never alone essentially together as One bringing the energy shifts required for all. No one is superior regardless of states as a human being – spiritually you are all evolving in ways that bring forward the amazing enlightenment and shining glory that all are able to connect with.

Another thing that happens is that serving approach that many of those aware of their roles in giving in life – are not keeping the balance. You need both to be able to receive and provide and to maintain equal energy shares. It is a beautiful gift that many of you give but to do so with ease and without unsettling your natural balance – you also need to give to yourself OR take from the Universal energy stores that are there for the taking. You are not denying others in doing so however you are essentially bringing yourself closer to alignment and in that you will be able to uphold your gifting and soul purpose with ease. We do not have to weaken ourselves because we feel the need to get out there and do do do we need to strengthen so we can be all that our potential dictates fully. Honor yourself always before anything that you do in life because then you will remain in perfect balance. Do not forget this because it is the key to understanding how you can integrate all that should come into your life with ease.

The ways to do this is to Love Yourself wholeheartedly and allow the changes that occur within you because of this to happen naturally. Do not worry, do not concern yourself with humanism because the Universal energies are right there for you to tap into at any point. If you have a concern about something in your life – hand that over to your guides, the universal consciousness, or your God Source because then you can move forward with ease as things manifest accordingly to bring forward all that is required in your current moment. Feel the love that flows freely too you when you ask for support and guidance.

Everything that occurs on a planetary scale has the ability to either effect you individually or on a global scale. Be mindful of anyone that adopts certain characteristics to each cosmic or planetary event because although there is sameness in certain energies around the astrological planes – we still have freedom of choice and the power of thought to either adopt or change the way you behave regardless of what is going on cosmically.

Awareness is the key to anything – awareness of self, awareness of your immediate environment, awareness of your community and what is going on there, awareness nationally and internationally. You choose how you react with every given situation.

Now given what is common characteristically within astrological and numerological events – and awareness of what occurs then will allow you to choose which energy to respond too and which energy to make it what you will. Energy can be manipulated by everyone – either using a physical manipulation within you create certain physical responses – or you can manipulate the energy with the power of thought and creating the reality that works for you.

If you visualise any form of energy and allow it to flow into your hands where you physically create that ball – you can then allow the focus of the direction of that ball into to space which it will benefit or cause great change for the highest good for all. Now you can bring that energy ball within you or allow it filter through your family members.  They will only take that which works for them – ensuring that your intent for this is only for the highest potentiating of what is for all. Globally you can also utilise that energy ball – make it bigger and give back to your beautiful GAIA – or allow it to move into the universe to go where it is needed for this now for this time.

If you do take that energy source into yourself then prepare yourself for the amazing changes that will occur – you may experience an unusual array of molecular change that even stems from your DNA that is currently inert – according to scientists – but is awaiting activation to allow the fluidity of flow from physical to non physical. It may become uncomfortable at times – as you will undergo a change that may bring out physical symptoms that could become challenging for you. Deal with that challenge by bringing your focus into yourself – and give your physical structure the permission to allow the changes to occur for your highest loving goodness. Trust in the process – know that everything is going to be okay and move accordingly.

There are many types of astrological focus for the people on your planet – and it all has a history feature of the ancients where your people had a huge connection with the Universal energies and astrological energies – but the duality focus has been lost along the way and reminding that you also have control over the energies that filter through at certain times – all the way from full moons , to various solar flares, cosmicological events that occur such as death of a star – birth of a star – black holes – even horizons we call them and they also cause vibrational changes that filter through all planets and at times dimensional shifts and connections.

It all comes down to belief in what is occurring alongside the actual energies that are filtering through you. Awareness is the key both within and without – and control over how you respond to the energies and definitions of the cosmic times. You are all very capable of bringing positive change during all times. There are thoughts about mercury going retrograde to be very mindful of relationships, of times of poor communication, and also a time of huge reflection and for some retreating. These are not negative things – there are situations of all these that encourage positive honoring and growth. Retreating allows you the chance to reflect on any issues that may need reflecting on that leads to positive change. Poor communications although difficult at times does help clear the air if you are both able to bring the hurtful words back into perspective during times of argument and resistance. Relationships are something that needs reminding to each participant of worth of the other and this is a time where you can bring out the things needed to ensure that this reminder keeps the relationship strong.

So let us bring us back to the ancients where all the cosmic and astrological energies that occur at certain times are done from a place of awareness and the knowledge that you can do something positive with the energies that are around at the time. Plus you can choose the response to all that is going on around you. All you need do is be mindful – and then bring that energy into a ball – and do with it what you will with pure love , pure intent , and pure positive outcome. Take control again of all that occurs around you – not just during times of major astrological events but for every moment of your current experience.

Embracing Awareness and Intent

Come ye child of the stars and allow us to carry you along the carrier wave of awareness and understanding. You are fully aware of the ins and outs of how things work with our significant method of communication so you know how to put aside your Egomind and bring out your heartsong to be heard by those who are willing to listen. Beautiful healing messages of understanding, insight and guidance will be worked through you to ensure the person that is blessed to walk your path, will learn an amazing aspect of themselves that will change their path if they choose to do so – and it will always be for their highest good.

Intent is the key to any form of healing – because although you are using tools within you with the solar spark of wisdom that lays at the breast of your soul fragment – it is the connection to source , the divine that will never fail you. Always take heed your thoughts, your visions , your physical body, your coding of the messages that you will then in turn interpret accordingly – will resonate with the people that come to you and they will go away feeling like they can walk on air. At times the message will be challenging to hear but it will work its healing magick as it will connect with them at their core level – because you are the conduit that brings soul to source – Mind to heart – Love to Bliss.

This is your passion, your soul purpose – to open the eyes to many and you will determine a wonderful way of balancing life with passion – your passion – to ensure that your work that you do on your planet helps create the ripples of vibration along the waves of awareness and understanding. Bring into your day of first  - a stone of awareness – you already know which one to take and through that if you feel that your thoughts are getting lost – then take three deep breaths and look into this crystal and see / feel / heal and stabilise for once again your heart will speak what is needed for the healing moment between you the conduit , we the spirit , and the blessed person that connects with you on this day and all days to follow.

This is the right thing to do and all will flow easily , just centre and breathe and know that your own knowledge and wisdom will come forward naturally when you move past this state of newness and questioning. Never let it stagnate your growth loveling because you are cherished for the amazing work that you currently do and will do for all eternity – here now and always.

Integrating the Spiritual in your Human YOU !

How do you Integrate the Spiritual in your Human You ?

The Journey

 This is a common question for many of us aware of both aspects of self wonder as a Spiritual being having a human existence and has take me many years to embrace a few concepts that is making a huge difference in living in my Truth in its entirety.

Being a mother of five, partner of one *smiles* , working full time in a busy hospital as a registered nurse and also in my spare time (oh there is not enough hours in the day that is for sure) doing online spiritual connections teaching and also working within a metaphysical shop providing spiritual guidance - I have now embraced what it is integrating both my spiritual and human side - but it has not always been an easy journey - but it has been one of choice.

For half of my life I do believe I was very caught up in human experience and that was okay but it got to the point where there were certain pushes and messages that I could not ignore any longer. It was time to embrace my spiritual side and to enhance aspects of myself that I have inherently had since being born. I find it interesting though that when human life became challenging I would pull right away (oh there is 20/20 vision in hindsight) because it felt as though it was too much effort when life became all encompassing. However with the increased pushes from what I now believe was from my Inner Voice, my Soul Team and also from my Over-soul in source - it was time to 'cut that out !!!"  and I received a cosmic two by four which had me at rock bottom. This was where I had to swallow my pride - let go of my need for control - and to put my hand up and ask for help ! All things I needed to do to bring me where I am today  - well the catalyst of amazing things to come.

One of the things that I did have trouble with was with the concept of Heart energy and even saying ' I Love You!"  one of the most hardest things for me to say at the beginning of my journey. I felt those emotions and words were for only special times -  even with those that I love wholeheartedly - but then I thought that they must know how I feel about them. It soon proved that they didn't and may be one of the reasons for my two challenging relationships that ended in divorce. Not the full reason why - however even saying " I love you" to myself - wow I just never did that !!  Society had taught me it was vanity or selfish to love / put yourself first so I never did. Once I came into honoring my heart space , the pure connection of the heart song and energy center that is connected to Source/Heaven/Universal consciousness (which ever concept your prefer) - when I felt pure unconditional Divine Love - wow that was the beginning of becoming aware - on a multifaceted level !!! One of my Key expansion points.

The realization

Over the last five years incorporating what I considered Spirituality into my Human Experience there has been huge realizations of what it is to integrate both into our lives. Sometimes the many lessons came easy, other times I was obviously resistant so those lessons were not so easy. That was my choice and I have learned that ultimately life is about choice - and how our choices really do create our own reality. We do have control over this although at times it feels life is out of full control - however our choices are not. How we respond is up to us. Socially and environmentally we get conditioned (for want of a better word) to respond a certain way but you can more past what is expected and you can respond in ways that make you feel good ! Once again - working through feelings of worthiness and deserving good thing - to ensure that you remain in energies and spaces that make you feel at 'ease' and totally living in the moment of Now !

A lesson that I did online today reiterated the following ways to integrate Spirituality and Human Experience as One. Before I share these ways - let go of anything that you have been conditioned to think and bring everything back into your Heart Space - that is connected to your core vibration and to Source/Heaven/Universal consciousness. Allow everything that you read/hear/learn to sit with you - and discern what resonates and harmonizes and what is interesting but is not for you. I strongly encourage this for all people even with the things I share and bring forward. Humans really do have a need to fit things into boxes - or labels which I believe limits our growth potential. I have learned to accept all that I experience with a adventurous fascination in how this is relevant to my human and spiritual growth!  I have also learned that although I express Spiritual and Human as separate aspects of Self - they are not !. All is inter-related , inter-twined and essentially One. Sure we can deny certain aspects of our 'Self' and that all comes down to choice.

Intergration

In connecting with the energies that work with me - My Guides and Soul team , my Otherworldly friends and teachers and of course my own OverSoul  - these are a few things that have been revealed to assist your Spiritual self having a human experience in however you choose ( there is that word again).

Identifying a Chosen response in human experience

We can either Act with purpose or React - the choice is yours. In many situations now (and this has taken a lot of practice and self acknowledgement) - I can detach from a healthy standpoint to choose how I wish to respond - what essentially remains true to my core vibration. What brings out in me a state of my own choosing and allowing the situation to show my True Self. I have been known to be extremely reactive in the past and do not get me wrong - I can still be albeit a lot less (phewww) but now I can remove myself and bring myself into my desired state of being so that I may respond in kind. It has take much practice so this approach does not occur overnight - but awareness that you have the choice empowers beyond belief and allows you to look at all situations that occur in life from a calm state - seeing the opportunity in the challenges that can occur. This has been a huge factor in integrating my Spiritual State as a Human being !

Control over emotion / Ego mind chatter

One of my most challenging integration - the Head versus the Heart !  Ultimately if you wish - you can consider this the discussions and sometimes inner battles that occur within quite frequently. These are perfect metaphysical representations of Human versus Spirit. Now we get told to control our Egomind thoughts and chatter - that it is evil and negative all the time and there to test us - well no to all three. Sometimes our head is there to physically protect us and is essentially a huge Human aspect of Self - our Psyche - so there needs to be a healthy dialogue that occurs between Head and Heart so mutual love and respect and understanding can arise. When the two work together then you are doing a perfect integration of Spiritual selves as a human.

I got questioned today about how can we truly do this - and I allowed my Otherworldly friend and teacher whose name has been revealed as Cheron - to provide an  answer because my logical brain can get the better of me at times with the concept of Head vs Heart and in watching the video I am going to type down what he said 

If you look at the vibrational energies of the head and the heart they are extremely different

The head  can be full of doubt concern and protection of self as a human being

The heart has a connection to Divine Source - and allows you the expression of truth , brings away the illusion and shows you things for how they really are

To actually allow both to work collectively - you have to allow them to be in the moment and also acknowledge and work out which is following your highest vibration and excitement and allowing you to follow where you are truly wishing to be

• If you are finding that you doubting
• are in a state of worry 
• that you are imagining things 
• that you are faking things 

Look into yourself and see that this energy is highly likely coming from the head 

As opposed to the heart saying; 

• 'You can do this!' , 
• This is making you feel really good 
• This is taking you further rather than standing still and going no where
• This is allowing you to branch out an open up into all aspects of self without putting yourself in a box that is generally trying to keep you safe but not allowing you to branch out and become fully aware of all that is around you

Ask yourself what you are doing in the MOMENT of this inner dialogue- what is happening - are you moving forward -  if the answer is no - your working in the head - if the answer is yes - your working in the heart

Remembering Soul in Source

During times of Life experience that feels chaotic - we sometimes let go things that seem too hard to go into and I personally can state that I have done this numerous times - I have let go my spiritual self and development because I perceived it as requiring too much energy that I just did not have to go around - beeeeeeeeeeeep  WRONG ! hehehe - but hey had to learn the hard way I guess. In the last two years when life got on top of me - I remembered the abundant wisdom and energy that lays in Source/Heaven/Universal Consciousness and I tapped into it - and this was honoring myself in the moment !  Oh sure sometimes it can be a challenge to remember this but because I am now more aware of my Soul team and Otherworldly connections - knowing they are there for me (amongst by beautiful friends and family on earth)  I do not spiral out of control nearly as much as I used too.  

The Soul Essence that lays within me has constant connection to my Over-Soul and I now tap into this for guidance, wisdom and to be shown 'the way' which I am extremely grateful for - also I tap into the energy which is perpetually abundant. I know I give when I can so to maintain the balance I receive with ease as well. Once again Honoring myself   <3

Go gently and Be in the Moment

During times where I am feeling as though I am not part of anything - feeling disconnected and find myself retreating/reflecting very very hard on myself - I feel the cosmic slap from my Soul team and friends. During these times is when you need to treat yourself with gentle kid gloves - go easy on yourself , let go that which no longer serves - allow yourself to just BE in this moment because it is not forever , it is very temporary and very soon you will find that this was a time to re-energise because you will either receive huge influx of creative juices ,or feel a huge cosmic push to 'do' something - epiphanies occur everywhere  OR you will receive an enormous Download of Source Wisdom !!!!! It does at times feel like a spiritual and emotional rollercoaster ride - however soon there will be more HIGH than Low <3

Remember to have Fun – following your highest excitement.  

Wow with life and the desire to make change or better things with self or life - we forget to enjoy and have fun. Play - be a child again. Be out there in nature or One with all that is around you. Still your thoughts from time to time and then laugh with people who know how to have fun. When life gets tough - it is really time to Lighten up - this helps relieves the tension and stress and allows you some clarity of vision and to get REAL - rather then get caught up in the illusion of busy-ness and crazy chaos. If you see the humorous side of (almost) all situations you will find that your approach to them will become easier and more effective.

Follow your highest excitement - that which puts a spring in your step and a bounce in your heart - where you feel giddy and joyful - or where you feel calm and at true peace.

Choices

Oh there is that word again !!!  This is what it all boils down too. Whatever you choose - however you integrate your Spiritual in your human You is purely up to you. But whatever you decide - be HAPPY with this - this is what you have chosen - and if you cannot be honestly happy with it - then make peace with it and decide to chose another way when you can - because you can !!!!  Life is eternal and open for adventure and excitement if you just allow it. Your Spiritual side and your Human side are there to integrate freely and easily - with practice and approaches from Divine Energy.
